Book on the New South Africa by R.W.Johnson
"South Africa's Brave New World" by R.W.Johnson is about South Africa since the end of apartheid. The book has more that 1500 source references. It is a must read for anyone who believes that our opinions count for little but what matters is where the evidence points. This book is a must read for anyone trying seriously to appraise the New South Africa and its possible futures. The book is available here at my online Amazon developed bookshop. Warning: For some, the book may sweep away illusions and cause uncomfortable cognitive dissonance. Johnson is an Emeritus Fellow of Magdalen College, Oxford. He is the South African correspondent for the Sunday Times.
